Terms Of Use

About These Terms

These terms cover your use of create-websites.com.au, run by Ripple Effect Online, ABN 44 915 539 496. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms are about the website itself. When you hire me for a job, the details are set out in your quote or proposal, and that's what applies to the work.

The Info On This Site

Everything here is general information about my services. I do my best to keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn't advice for your specific business. Talk to me before you rely on it.

Prices

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars. They're a guide and can change. Your price is the one in your written quote, and that's locked in once you accept it.

Results

I work hard to get my clients found on Google, and the case studies on this site are real. But nobody controls Google, so I can't promise a specific ranking or a set number of enquiries. Anyone who guarantees you number one on Google is kidding you.

The words, design and images on this site belong to Ripple Effect Online, or to the clients and people who've given me permission to use them. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first.

Links To Other Websites

This site links to other websites, like my clients' sites and Google. I'm not responsible for what's on those sites or how they handle your information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage from using this website or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
