Is there a lock-in contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can stop any time you like.

How fast do you get back to me?

Within 24 hours on weekdays. Send me what you need by phone or email and it gets done.

Can you show me how to make small changes myself?

Yes. If you'd rather do the small stuff yourself, I'll show you how.

What counts as a change?

New prices, a new photo, updated services, opening hours. The small stuff that adds up. Bigger jobs, like a whole new page, get quoted separately.

Do I need a care plan?

No. Hosting and your domain on their own are $299 a year. The care plan is for owners who would rather not think about their website at all.

Can I get one if you didn't build my site?

If it's a WordPress site, most likely. I'll have a look at it first and tell you straight.
