A young Airlie Beach business stuck on a generic template from a national directory company, aimed at the wrong search. I narrowed the focus, built the brand from his van sticker, and put him in control of his own site. Website rebuild, Google profile and SEO by Ripple Effect Online.

Built For The Wrong Search
Symbiote Systems is Rob James, a mobile marine electrical and Victron specialist working across the Whitsundays. His old website and Google profile came from a big national directory company on a fixed-term contract, and they weren't bringing in enough work.
Everything pointed at "auto electrician Airlie Beach", while Rob's best work is on boats. One service page was hidden from Google, five pages had leftover text from someone else's template, and Google even knocked back a profile change because the old site said something different. Eight months trading, a handful of reviews, and the wrong message.

I gave Rob a list of every service he'd ever been listed for and asked him to keep only what he wants more of. That left three: marine electrical, Victron systems, and 4WD and caravan 12V.
Brand From The Van Sticker
Rather than invent a new look, the colours and icons came from the sticker on his work vehicle. Website, Google profile, Facebook and van now look like one business.
Proof, Not Claims
A named owner, real photos of real installs, and 16 Victron training certificates you can click and check for yourself.
Every Signal Agreeing
Google profile, website and directory listings all rebuilt to tell the same story, with the profile set up based on what actually ranks locally, not guesswork.
Small but important: the site says "marine electrical", not "marine electrician". Rob doesn't do 240V household work, so the wording keeps him accurate and stops the wrong calls.
